A producer who understands both content and operations.

Eme is a podcast producer, storyteller, copywriter and marketing strategist. She brings the judgement of a communications strategist, the organisation of a project manager and the audience instinct of an email marketer.

Her work with Early Intervention Matters began as a passion project. As the show grew, she built the workflows needed to coordinate guests, recordings, editors, publishing and promotion. The podcast has now recorded and published 52 episodes.

She has also supported a six-part podcast series for ONE2ONE Mentoring and created and hosted her own interview-led podcasts.

What is the difference between the Sprint and the Partnership?

The private Podcast Momentum Sprint helps you finish one first or next episode in five focused days. Every new Podcast Partnership begins with the Sprint so we can produce one real episode together, establish the workflow and make sure the relationship is right for both of us. If we continue, that episode becomes Episode 1 of your series or season.

How much does it cost?

The introductory Sprint fee is $197, with only five one-to-one spots available. The future Sprint fee will be $600. Podcast Partnership packages are $1,800 for a six-episode series or $3,000 for a twelve-episode season. If we continue into a Partnership, your Sprint fee is credited towards the package price.

Will Eme be there when I record?

Yes. Eme joins you in the Riverside studio as your producer, supporting you and any guest before, during and after the recording.

Is editing included?

Yes. Your Sprint includes production of the episode you record. Partnership packages include editing and quality control for every episode in the agreed series or season. Eme owns the process and may work with a trusted specialist behind the scenes, so you do not have to manage another supplier.

How much time will I need during a Sprint?

You will work with Eme for one focused hour each day. A few small actions may be needed between sessions, but the Sprint is designed to minimise unnecessary homework.

Must the Sprint sessions be on five consecutive days?

Ideally, sessions should take place close together to maintain momentum. The exact schedule will be agreed before the Sprint begins.

Is this suitable for an existing podcast?

Yes. The Sprint is for aspiring, new and stalled podcasters. Your finished episode can be your first episode, your return after a pause or the first episode of a new season.

Do I need to have a guest ready?

No. Your episode may be solo or guest-led. If a guest is part of the plan, we will use the Sprint to clarify who is right, prepare the outreach and organise the recording.
